Leya Kahn

With a background in Architecture and a passion for organisation, coordination, and people, Leya brings together the creative and operational elements that keep Samson Space moving forward. Having worked closely alongside architects, consultants, and clients throughout her career, she developed a strong understanding of the planning and construction process, from the earliest concept stages through to project delivery.

Whilst her architectural training provided the foundations, it was her natural ability to coordinate teams, streamline processes, and ensure projects progressed efficiently that led her into operations management. Today, as Director of Operations at Samson Space, Leya oversees the day-to-day running of the practice, ensuring that projects, clients, consultants, and internal teams remain aligned to deliver exceptional outcomes.

Away from the office, Leya has a passion for baking, a hobby that perhaps isn't too different from architecture and planning. Both require patience, precision, careful preparation, and an understanding that the best results come from getting the ingredients right from the very beginning. Whether coordinating complex development projects or perfecting a recipe, she believes success is built through attention to detail, organisation, and consistency.

Her combination of architectural knowledge, operational expertise, and genuine enthusiasm for helping both clients and colleagues succeed has made her an integral part of the Samson Space team and the continued growth of the business.
