Atherton Road

Overview

Samson Space gained planning permission for an upward extension of one storey to the existing pair of semi detached houses. Developed from careful analysis of the features of the host properties as well as the character of neighbouring houses, we designed an appropriate top floor addition. Within the extra space created, 26 Atherton Road was converted to provide four spacious new flats with ample amenity space. 28 Atherton Road gained additional living space, giving the family living there extra space for study and for home working.
