Overview

A 5 storey residential building approved for 24 high end apartments benefitting from open plan and contemporary spaces created and refined by Samson Space. The proposal addresses an important connection between the main street and less frequented residential avenue. The scheme makes best use of a large site with a design pragmatically derived through a healthy pre application process with the local authority.
