Queens Road West

Overview

Queens Road West is a six-storey residential development comprising a mix of one, two and three-bedroom apartments. Each home benefits from its own private amenity space, while a number of the apartments have been designed as dual-aspect, south-facing units to maximise natural daylight and enhance living quality. The scheme was carefully designed to integrate with the surrounding context, including the new row of houses to the rear, creating a well-balanced relationship between the high rise and more domestic development. Now completed and fully occupied, the project demonstrates the successful delivery of a high-quality residential scheme, combining thoughtful design, strong placemaking and efficient use of a constrained urban site.
